Falling Rockets

I’m at the University of California, Irvine, having completed the MFA in English there. Now I teach composition and I’m working on my book. When I’m not working on my book, I eat food with an historical point of origin east of Boston. I’m a dog person. I dislike writing checks. I read my horoscope even though I don’t believe in it, except that I do, though I don’t. Except I do. I miss those trays of twenty or thirty little round pizzas you used to be able to get in the frozen section of the grocery store. I have a dog named Donut. And Jo is my love.
